General Agreement:

• By using our digital health services, you agree to these terms. Pace Health provides virtual medical consultations and is not a replacement for emergency care.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent to book consultations.

Accuracy of Information:

• Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful medical histories during registration and consultations.

Payments and Bookings:

• All services must be paid in full via bank transfer at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Appointments will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within this timeframe.

Prescriptions and Requisitions:

• Prescriptions and lab requisitions are issued at the sole discretion of the medical professional based on clinical indications.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the immediate delivery of professional labor and documentation, no refunds will be issued for instant services, including lab requests, prescription refills, and sick notes.

Cancellations:

• All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

Termination of Services:

• We maintain the right to terminate services if a user violates our conduct policies or provides fraudulent information.
